A valid I.D. is required to check in, so please have it ready. While we strive to accommodate every guest, early check in is subject to availability. The front desk will provide you with a parking pass with your check in materials. AFTER HOURS CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS If you arrive to the resort after 11pm, please call our sister resort, Sands of Kahana, at 808.669.0400 for assistance. DURING YOUR STAY QUIET HOURS 10pm – 8am We strive to ensure that all guests have a stress free and relaxing vacation. During all other hours, please keep excessive noise to a minimum. SMOKE-FREE POLICY Kona Islander is a smoke-free resort. Smoking tobacco, marijuana, and electronic vaping is prohibited in all guest rooms, lanais, and common areas. Evidence of smoking in the resort will result in a $750 cleaning charge. VENDING There is a vending machine located in the lobby for your enjoyment.

WI-FI Internet connection via Wi-Fi is available in your unit only. Please note there is no access to Wi-Fi in common areas such as the lobby or by the pool. For assistance with Wi-Fi connection, call our sister resort, Sands of Kahana, at 808.669.0400. TELEVISION Relax and unwind while watching some TV in your unit. You can control the TV and cable box using the remote provided by Spectrum. For further assistance with your TV, please call our sister resort, Sands of Kahana, at 808.669.0400. Turn on: Press the Power Button and wait for 15-30 seconds for system connection. Turn Off: Press the Power Button. HOUSEKEEPING Our top priority is to serve your needs and create a memorable experience during your stay. To provide you with a peaceful and undisturbed environment, housekeeping services will only clean your room upon check out. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay please reach out to our sister resort, Sands of Kahana, at 808.669.0400 at least 48 hours before your cleaning service for availability and costs. LINENS & TOWELS To ensure a cozy vacation, items for the sofa sleeper can be found in the dresser drawer. If you require extra linens and towels, please contact our sister resort, Sands of Kahana, at 808.669.0400 to request. Please note an extra fee will apply. LAUNDRY For your convenience, a laundry room is located on the property near the lobby. Please see the front desk for the access code. UNIT CLEANLINESS Our beautiful island is home to a wide range of creatures that contribute to our ecosystem. Occasionally, that leads to some unwanted pests in our resort. Please take the following precautions to mitigate occurrences of these pests in your units: Empty all trash during your stay and upon checkout. There is a trash receptacle located by the front entrance of the property. Clean all surfaces after preparing food and eating, tightly seal leftover food, and store food containers in the mini refrigerator. In the event you notice unwanted pests in your unit, call out sister resort, Sands of Kahana, at 808.669.0400.
